. Placing An Order .

Once you have your favourite items in your shopping cart, click on “View Cart” or the shopping cart link to view your items or ‘Checkout” and commence the checkout of your order.

Please note much-in-demand items may go out of stock even though they are in your shopping cart,  so do confirm your order as soon as you are ready.

Select your preferred shipping method and proceed to the next step, which is to fill in your billing and delivery address. You may like to add a comment or request to your order under “Order Notes”.

Click on “Place Order” and you are done!

Please check your e-mail as you will receive an confirmation e-mail with the details of your order, together with payment information. Do check your spam folder as the email may have been sent there accidentally.

You may track the status of your order on our website, and if you have any queries, do drop us a line.

. Do I need an account to start shopping?

If you create an account with us, you will be able to keep track of the status of your current order, view past orders and save mailing and billing address details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases.

. Which forms of payment do you accept?

For the moment, bank transfer to is our preferred payment method. Please note the update in our bank account details.

For merchandise on MCDS.online – DBS Savings 033-4-057847

Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.

Please reply your order confirmation email and email us a screenshot of your bank transfer payment when completed. Your order will be mailed out when payment has been verified.

. Order Processing .

. What are the delivery options available?

We offer normal postage via SingPost or a courier service which will deliver straight to your door step.

The courier option is highly recommended for items which bulky or fragile. If your items are above a certain weight, the courier option will be automatically offered to help save on postage costs.

. When should I expect my order to be shipped?

MCDS.online may require 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to pack and despatch your order. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. We will try to be as quick as we can. We ask for your kind understanding, as the store is run by our volunteer.

. How do I track my order?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under ‘Orders”. For orders that will be delivered via a courier, a tracking number will be sent  to you via email.

As we cannot be responsible for losses or missing packages through normal postage, we will email you a photo of your package as proof of mailing.

. Can I change, add to or cancel an order once it has been placed?

No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments.

. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Singapore at present.
